Missing examples for all utility kind documents in documentation #24
Description
The following documentation does not list all the utility kind documents included in Deckhand:
http://deckhand.readthedocs.io/en/latest/document-types.html#provided-utility-document-kinds
CertificateAuthority, CertificateAuthorityKey, PrivateKey, PublicKey and potentially others are missing.
