Deprecate "timeout" at Chart data level

Expected Behavior:
Armada should deprecate the "timeout" value at a Chart's data.timeout, instead preferring to use data.wait.timeout.
Schema document for Chart already contains a note, but Armada should also warn the user that deprecation is coming.
