Feature request for Armada to support helm plugins #181

Proposal
We want to make sure that armada can utilize helm plugins.
e.g. https://github.com/SUSE/helm-certgen so that we can generate TLS certificates during a deployment
e.g. https://github.com/databus23/helm-diff so that we can view a diff before/after a deploy
