More granular status when starting app.

Right now, when the app starts, you just see "starting daemon" and "initializing wallet"

Would it be possible to add more granular information to this startup process so you can see where things stand such as

(1 / x) starting tor
(2 / x) starting daemon
(3 / x) # haveno network peers
(4 / x) initializing wallet.
... Etc

Definitely, as well as current wallet height when syncing, we would need to add this to the Haveno daemon first however.
