Support setting null using copyWith method without lambda

Support setting null using copyWith method without lambda function like freezed does.

Thanks @burhankhanzada, I'll take a look at this, it might be a little lower down on the priority though. Does the lambda function prevent functionality at all?

Not though in terms of functionality but it is nice to have because it feels natural syntax.
