Adding 'custom:atomic-calendar' makes my Unused entities disappear

I have always wondered why I couldn't see any unused entities in Lovelace Configure UI - now I have removed cards one by one from my UI and after removing my calendar card below Unused entities appeared again :-(

cards:
  - entities: calendar.helligdage_i_danmark
    title: Kommende helligdage
    type: 'custom:atomic-calendar'

Then I add this:

And then Unused entities shows this:

If you are still having this issue please see https://github.com/marksie1988/atomic_calendar_revive

I have tested and this doesn't appear to happen on my test instance with the new version of the card.
