Support for lightning version

This errors after starting camera in InfiRay Viewer.

I'm trying to use the Lightning version of P2Pro, connected to a MacBook Pro 2019 (macOS Sequoia 15.5) with a Pergear Lightning to USB-C cable (this setup works fine, tested with an iPhone 16).

I'm using the included lighting to usb-c adapter and I see the same problem. I assume it has something to do with the lightning bridge and requires some additional code.

I'm using the lightning version as well.

Does the camera show up when you plug it in?

You should be able to open up QuickTime and see it as a camera.

Nope does not show up as a camera. Which Lightning-USB-C adapter are you using? I am using the one that came in the box. Are drivers necessary?

I've done some investiaging. The messages in the log are unrelated to the problem you are seeing. Apparently they are just log noise.

I've fixed the error reporting in the app - I suspect that it is not finding the infa red camera.

I'll need to check when I am back home to see if something has changed in the operating system.

But when you plug the camera in it should show up as a "UVC Camera" if it doesn't and if you can't access the camera with any other tools then we're pretty stuck.

Actually - I've just remembered - I'm actually using the USB-C version. Not the lightning version.

So the initial guess was correct - it's to do with the lighting to USB-C converter.

With the device not showing up as a camera there isn't much we can do. If you open up quicktime and select

File->New Movie Recording

Does anything show up in the list of cameras?

I've added some code so that it dumps out a list of cameras that it does find. You should see something like this in the logs:

Found the following cameras:
	OBS Camera Extension
	iPhone13,3

Note - it only finds "external" cameras.

That's a shame - without some help from InfiRay we're going to struggle to make progress.
