PuppetGUI discarding processes on domainreg

1. Open PuppetGUI domainreg configuration
2. Open TLD process for viewing/editing process
3. Proceed to provision without saving said process, results in totally discarding the open process

It would be useful to either have the last saved values applied or if it's easier to implement have a check before applying changes (via Provision) on unsaved/open process.

Above was noticed on Infotech's staging environment.
