Description

Changing font size enables spell check when disabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open empty document
2. Add text that gets spell checked with red underline, for example "Mispeld"
3. Disable spell check (Packages -> Spell Check -> Toggle)
4. Change font size (View -> Increase Font Size)

Expected behavior:

No applied spell check red underline

Actual behavior:

Applied spell check red underline
