Tab Bar becomes tinted on using predefined color

Changing the predefined color causes the tab bar to become tinted, even if tinted tab bar is set to false.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Set tinted tab bar to false.
2. Change predefined color.

Expected behavior:

Tab bar should remain untinted.

Observed behavior:

Tab bar becomes tinted until tinted tab bar is toggled on then off.

Atom version: 1.50.0
OS and version: Windows 10 Home 1909

Installed packages:

This behavior is still exhibited when all community packages are disabled.
