Font Size Changes Upon Loading

Hello, I'm new to Atom and coding But I really like the program and I want to work on it because of how compatible it is with everything. but I run into a small problem with this specific UI.

Whenever I change my theme from my previous one (I currently use City Lights UI with City Lights Syntax) it changes my font from the regular font that City Lights to Material UI. In the settings, the font has no change whatsoever but once I click on my files the text becomes really small and hard to see and I don't think anyone wants that to happen. Is there any way for this to be fixed?

The Font Gets Fixed once I change to non Material UI and then messes up again anytime I try to use the UI
