Make AIP available through a website or other method

Perhaps we can host a website or another method to query AIP online.

Pay careful attention to:

1. How to allow people to express complex queries
2. Query sanitizing (VERY IMPORTANT) as otherwise people can inject/delete/modify content
3. An intuitive UI. Function over form I would say
4. Speed: latency of queries, relates to Database optimizations #10
5. Generating graphs of, e.g., the citation distribution or the collaboration network given an SQL query can be added to the GUI. We already have code that generate such graphs, but they would need to be integrated.
