Version compatibility query

We recently began testing your plugin, which appeared to install well but then did not function as expected.

After realising that the bitbucket server version we were running wasn't in the supported version list, we upgraded to v5.8.0 (supported).

Unfortunately, we are now in a situation where the default reviewers plugin no longer appears under Repository Settings -> Workflow (Hooks) as it did in the prior (unsupported) bitbucket version.

A response would be appreciated, as we'd very much like to use the plugin - it provides precisely what's needed for our particular repository setup.

Hello, it has been moved to Pull Requests -> Merge checks in Repository Settings. Not in Workflow -> Hooks anymore.

Hello,

We have now upgraded our production Bitbucket instance, which should be identical to the dev instance we were testing on, and now we are unable to enable the plugin.

I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling without success, and am not sure what to try next. The log output does not mean much to us, unfortunately, but maybe it will to you: bitbucket.log

Any suggestions you might have will be greatly appreciated.

Do you see the add-on in Administration -> Manage Add-Ons -> User-installed add-ons list? You should see '1 of 1 modules enabled' (or disabled) in the right bottom corner when you click on it. Your bitbucket.log looks like an asynchronous thread tried to enable the uninstalled add-on (by another thread). I have just installed the plugin from the marketplace onto my dev instance with Bitbucket Server 5.8.0. It works flawlessly, without any exceptions in the log.

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue. Have you tried restarting Bitbucket and installing the add-on once again?

Thanks for the verification @atikhono - we're intending to restart bitbucket at close of play today.

Hopefully a restart will resolve the issue, but will feed back in any case!
