Feature: add NLP resume screening capability such that we can screen resumes before generation #7
Description
As a user, I want to be able to screen my resume using NLP against a provided job listing URL or file with job listing information. This would allow me to update my resume dynamically to fit the posting I pulled down. I would also like to be able to pass an already generated PDF or HTML resume to this as well, which would be an option for HR staff to screen a resume using a url provided or file provided job listing. This tool should also be able to provide a batch list of resumes (for HR staff) and filter the resumes to select X number of top matches and provide a detailed report on which resumes it selected and why.
