Cannot install on 2021 M1 Macbook Pro on MacOS 13.0

When I try to install names-matcher via pip, setuptools throws an error that "Darwin" isn't a valid OS.

Probably not relevant, but the same issue occurs on a 2021 M1 MacBook Pro running Ventura (13.1)

Update: Reported this here src-d/lapjv#78 (comment) because it is actually an issue with installing that package.

As a workaround you can explicitly pip install lapjv==1.3.22
