A Recaptcha is now required to connect

Now a recaptcha is required to connect, the error message is

@{gameAccountLinked=False; success=False; error=recaptcha; token=Recaptcha failed.}

I create the issue to mark duplicate future issues. Might fix later with XBL/PSN/BN account connection.

It seems to be required every 24h, so when I need it, I connect to the callofduty website and extract the SSO token from the header.

Except using an API to force it (cost money) or using a page with the Recaptcha requiring to dev a little webapp, what I won't do, I don't have any other solution.
