Copyright and license

Copyright is currently Thomas Robitaille 2013. Should it be Astropy 2014, or is there some correct legal entity for that?

There is currently no license. This should be shown in the main page and a LICENSE file. Do we want something like the Creative Commons 4.0? Not clear if we want the Share-Alike clause or not.

I usually go with the share-alike clause. Others object to the viral nature of it. I don't care either way though if someone else feels strongly about it.
