org switching doesn't work reliably when you're in >20 orgs #1992

Describe the bug
It seems like we validate whether an org exists by looking at the first page of org results. This probably isn't an issue for most people, but if you're in >20 (1 page) of orgs and you're trying to switch to an org not on the first page, we tell you the org doesn't exist.
