The following error occurs when I use source-extractor to detect the source:

WARNING: Pixel stack overflow at position 5527,4947

This does not affect the generation of "test.cat". But when I region the "test.cat" using ds9, the "test.cat" image badly overflowed the fits image of the detection.

The default size of the pixel set is MEMORY_PIXSTACK 300000 , 300 thousand pixels. Perhaps it helps to increase that parameter in the default.sex (or whatever the associated per-model file is).
