Qt4 & boost 1.56 & newer

Qt4 has bug when compiling with boost 1.56 and newer.

Currently in CMakeList.txt only one header is used for MOC-ing. This issue could be easily solved for future updates with encapsulating include macros in that file (https://github.com/larics/assisi-playground/blob/master/playground/AssisiPlayground.h) with:
       #ifndef Q_MOC_RUN
       #endif
