Network connectivity problems on startup #3
Description
Sometimes (approx 1/4) the airflow beaglebone boots, but fails to connect to the network (yellow ethernet LED not on). The same behavior seems to persist after replacing the beaglebone, so we suspect something specific about this configuration.
Currently, the cape is the main culprit.
