Wrong q-expansions

Currently, the code spits out $q$-expansions as the eigenvalues of the Hecke operators. These are not the $q$-expansions that correspond to holomorphic functions on the upper half plane. See $X_{ns}^+(11)$, for instance, where we know the $q$-expansion should not have rational coefficients.
