Constructing *.origin.c files

Not clear how those files are constructed in each of subdirectories of the benchmark directory. Don't you need to perform the whole-program analysis? by generating the corresponding bitcode of the different source files.

Hi. Not really a whole program analysis. We used CIL (https://people.eecs.berkeley.edu/~necula/cil/) for merging C files after preprocessing.
