Publishing the newest release. (0.19.0)

Hi!

I noticed that the latest version (v19.0) hasn’t been published to crates.io yet. This release depends on newer versions of glow, which would be really helpful for one of my projects.

Is there a particular reason v19.0 hasn’t been published yet, or is it still considered experimental/in progress?

I didn't want to open an issue about that, but now after someone did it, I want to emphasize my wish for a new release too.

Actually I'm working quite intense with three-d, setting up Kotlin/Uniffi interop with Java Jogl.

While implementing all examples (my aproach is having running all examples with interop, too see everything working like the originals) I stumbled over some release (0.18.2) related blocks, which took some time to realize:

• some examples on asny.github.io are related to githubs master branch
  you must select explicitly the branch, which matches the lastest version on crates.io (0.18.2)

• for instance, control2d.rs is not in 0.18.2

I am very happy and thankful this library exists.
Without promising I hope to deliver some PR in future, because I already have some ideas and implementatios, mainly regarding controls and window/surface/eventloop.
