Gone to sleep while LAN was connected turned on without LAN - does not work

When a laptop goes to sleep while working on LAN, after the computer starts and the LAN is not connected on, it constantly disables the WiFi adapter.

I have changed the task to start "Any User Log on" instead on run at "System Startup" however there is still some issue and in order to fix you need either to disable or delete the task.

how can we fix this?
