Not Displaying image #11

Hi,
I've just downloaded your software to use it in my classroom. I am teaching using a windows 11 tablet and the school has just changed my projector for a Samsung TV. I search and found that your software fits my requirements of being able to freeze/pause the display on the TV so I can do other work on the device.
When using Pause to Screen the TV changed from duplicate to desktop extension but no image is displayed. it is just the desktop extension with the background and taskbar and the clock is still running on the desktop extension so it is not an image (or screenshot/printscreen) of my work. when I press pause to screen again it reverts back to duplicate display again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as without a freeze function the TV is a step backward compared to the projector.
