Feature request: Show time remaining based on what bitrate is selected

Description:
The overall remaining time is displayed as SP regardless of bitrate on the upload settings modal, this requires mental math to gauge how much time is left in the selected format and is unintuitive. 

Proposal:
Calculate and display time remaining based on what codec the user has selected in the upload settings modal.
