A few corrections

Hello, this is a really nice course you've created here :)

I have a few corrections/updates:

• SKY90FD was never released, there were only plans for it.
• I think the IHP 130nm PDK was not mentioned.
• TinyTapeout -> Tiny Tapeout
• As a note for next semester, OpenLane (2) has been succeeded by LibreLane.
• The Open Source Silicon Slack is now mostly dead and FOSSi Chat is the new communication platform.
