PHP 8 and Joomla 5

HI
We are still running Joomla 3 but will upgrade to Joomla 5 once extended life has run out.  Quick Icons has stopped working on Joomla 3, and we now use PHP8.  Is there a fix for this?

Will you make a new version for Joomla 5 as we find it very useful?
