Blank Screen when launching Quick Icons Component

I get a Blank Screen when launching Quick Icons Component. I am using J3.9.8 and the latest download of the component.

as a temporary work-around, you can download the latest WindWalker source from https://github.com/ventoviro/windwalker-joomla-rad/releases and replace the windwalker folder in the /libraries/ I'm just testing now, but it appears to work ok.
