Google: Use of Restricted Gmail API scopes may require additional verification steps

Need to handle this before the end of Feb 2024.

Option 1: Remove Restricted Gmail Scopes from your App

If your app no longer needs Gmail scopes:
Verify email address and project owners are up to date then remove restricted scopes from your Cloud console project and app code base.

Option 2: Submit For Reverification

If you want your app to remain verified:

• Verify the email addresses of project owners or editors for your app are up to date.
• Submit your app for review through the Google API Console within 90 days. If your app is going to be used in any of the scenarios listed here, you do not need to submit it for review.
