Package name patterns require empty capture group OR'd with package name

In order to forbid the use of package utilities you must use the pattern package ()|(utilities) instead of just package utilities

@wafer-bw Thanks for the report. Can you tell me a bit more about what you are trying to forbid? A pattern like ^utilities\..*$ sounds like it might do what you want.

@ashanbrown no problem! I'd like to forbid any line that contains "package utilities". The ^utilities\..*$ pattern will forbid calls to utilities packages but I'd like to forbid the use of the package name itself. This is because it's possible to create a package utilities that contains exported symbols without ever containing a line matching utilities\..* in the local module.

Expected output of a linter warning would look like:

utilities/utilities.go:1:1: use of `package utilities` forbidden because "msg" (forbidigo)
package utilities
^
exit status 1
