To set the version number properly #11
Description
The current version number is 0.1.0. It should rather be 1.1.0.
In addition, we need to determine how to define version numbers.
e.g.
- 1.0.0 original processing (batch I)
- 1.1.0 processing of batch I & II
- 2.0.0 processing of ISIS-1
- 2.1.0 processing of ISIS-2
