Add PowerShell support (pwsh) #2
Description
Add support for PowerShell profile setup. This should include:
- Installation of tools
- Setup of profile.ps1
- Completions
- Prompt
Ideally, there's some reuse with the Bash setup, though this may be unlikely considering the different scripting language, tool availability, and OS.
