ERROR: No matching distribution found for aum

Hi. I am trying to install aum on ubuntu, using pip install -U aum. However, I am getting this error:
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement aum (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for aum

I have torch: 1.9.1, torchvision: 0.10.1, pandas: 1.1.5.
Do you have any idea why this is happening?

I tried with python 3.7 and it worked. I found such requirement in line44 of setup.py.
