In Rapscallion, The Matelot has an attribute
VICE: Instead of a vice, you have 4 Matelot troubles.
I can add an attribute 'Troubles' with "playbook": "matelot" in the TOML, but I would need to update the 'Vice' attribute to include every playbook except the Matelot. It would be nice to be able to do something like "playbook": "!matelot" instead.
