Post-release bug reports

• Bloodied and rattled is broken for automation on roll
• Trashcan for condition and bond hover over not displaying correctly (correction trashcan hovr over blacked out on multiple pc's and browser across all sheets)
• max value for stat rollers not taking effect properly allows me to roll 100+ dice. (might be a weird interaction with the dice so nice override)
