Feature Request: Create a resources folder and add helpful learning materials

Currently, the repository focuses mainly on algorithm implementations, but it lacks a central place for learning resources, references or study materials.
New contributors, especially beginners may struggle to find structured materials to understand the algorithms before contributing.
