Clone cleaner, turns itself on every so often.

• check the enable box for clone cleaner
• run some generations
• uncheck the enable box
• couple of generations, later, clone cleaner is enabled again without any action on my part

Also a bit annoying that it's enabled by default. That should be a setting to toggle the default for it.

As for the "enabled by default" thing - yes, I plan on making a setting for that for the next release.

I haven't had this happen to me in the last two days, so maybe it's really not a problem.
