Remove Not Doing Anything

Perhaps I am not using the context right. I have this bound in WPF to a datagrid. Add random 10k records and they all show fine. Then I take 100 at a time and remove them with no errors, but nothing in the UI changes. There is always 10k records. What am I missing?

I believe this type needs to implement INotifyPropertyChanged for WPF to acknowledge the changes
