Integrate prettier into the linting/formatting of the repo

1. Make prettier a dev dependency.
2. Add a prettier config to enable es6 trailing commas.
3. Turn off the airbnb rules that conflict with prettier.
4. Add appropriate commands to nabs.yaml (package.json)
5. Reformat code.
