Deploy a company website

We need a website to point potential leads to that supports both marketing and access/signup capabilities. The website does not need to be the API endpoint for service, but can incorporate a user/billing management functionality.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Front page that covers the basics of the product and capabilities
• Page to support signup for our Beta SaaS service
• Billing integration with Stripe to support a pay for use model
• Integration with Supabase for local user management
• Support for GitHub and Google SSO (GitLab? Discord?) for registration and login

Additional needs:

• Support for API access management
• Support for storage/encryption key sharing/management

The Web service can be built on Vercel with Supabase as a backend. We will look to leverage the Stripe integration and will likley use the https://tier-vercel-openai.vercel.app/ app template as a base model.
