Doesn't work on Tahoe 26.1 (25B78)

Describe the bug
Fresh install with brew following readme. Allowed accessibility permissions.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select some text in browser / text editor ...
2. tap / click 3 fingers to get it pasted doesn't work

Expected behavior
tap / click 3 fingers paste previously selected text

• macOS version: Tahoe 26.1 (25B78)
• MiddleClick version: 3.1.3

#132 + make sure middle click is in the applications folder. This fixed it for me.
