Creation of logger .fcl fails if there is no active logger in outputsLink

When I don't have at least one active logger in the outputsLink in the artdaq logger in OTS, the generation of the .fcl file (when I try to save the table fails. See the error message below. Probably the loop doesn't handle 0 loggers or so?
