xdate have no ability parse DST Times, I hope it has! #40
Description
When parsing times 524070000000, it will get 'Aug 10 1986 23:00:00 GMT+0800 (中国标准时间)', Bug the crrect time shoud be 'Aug 11 1986 00:00:00 GMT+0800 (中国标准时间)', because the java return the DST times.
