Hosted doesnt always close all created threads correctly.

Describe the bug
Closing AROS Linux hosted, can sometimes leave AROSBootstrap and other threads alive in the background, particularly when GDB is used, but not exclusively.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use hosted for a while and shutdown or CTRL-C in GDB and quit.

Expected behaviour
AROS should completely close, and release threads/resources it has acquired from the host.
