Describe the bug
Resizing a window, or doing initchange/exitchange, on a group with the windows active object in - result in the current active object state no longer being rendered - The "ant" frame around the object is no longer shown.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a resizable zune window with cyclegroup children
2. Tab-select one of the children
3. Resize the window ..
4. See incorrect behaviour

Expected behaviour
The active object remains active and highlighted as such
