Does this project intend to replace the current way to run Spinnaker for dev?

The current project uses baked Docker Armory images to run Spinnaker components. It is a good way to run Spinnaker quickly and test it locally. However it doesn’t seem fully ready to run Spinnaker for dev purpouse.

Are you planning to have this project adapted in the way that can be used also to develop Spinnaker locally?
