Implement torrent download with fallback to https

When using torrents, image is downloaded from all servers at once. This significantly improves download speed / maxes out client download capacity. I understand that torrent can be blocked so, we have two options here:

• automatic detection
• adding checkbox for user to choose

After extensive internal testing and research, there are no libraries that support webseed in Rust, so the current request cannot be integrated at this time.
