Add CRD fields to change postgres images in migration jobs

Controllers like the lookout controller use a postgres alpine image to run their migration jobs, please add the ability to customise the image path.

This is needed to use the controllers with internal mirrors of images like this one (e.g. image: my-internal-mirror.example.com/postgres:15.2-alpine)
